Smoked Salmon and Herbed Cream Cheese Bites

This is one of my favorite parings to smoked salmon. Smoked salmon is rich, and the cream cheese always enhances the flavor without making it too over powering.


* 4 oz smoked salmon

* 8 oz cream cheese

* 1/4 cup chopped dill

* 1/4 cup chopped chives/green onion/scallion

* 12 crackers (I like Carrs rosemary crackers for this, but any cracker, or small piece of bread you like can be used!)

For a healthier keto version, you use cucumber rounds instead of crackers.


1) Chop the dill and scallions.

2) Mix the dill and scallions into the cream cheese.

3) Add the herbed cream cheese in a dollop to a cracker.

4) Cut salmon into 1/2 inch pieces.

5) Place salmon on each cracker.
