For years, I have been coming up with recipes and having to make do with imperfect scenarios. Whether it was not being able to afford the expensive ingredients, or not having the proper tools, I learned to find a way. I finally decided to own these skills and be intentional about them. Thats why I started this website. You can learn from my past and future mistakes, my successes, and everything in between.
